Module 1: Knowing Self and Organisational Impact (11-12 November 2026)
2 days in person
Explore the connection between purpose, values, leadership behaviour, and organisational effectiveness.
You will leave with:
- Greater clarity on your leadership impact
- A deeper understanding of what drives your decisions and behaviours
- A stronger connection between personal leadership and organisational outcomes
Module 2: Leading Others (2 & 3 December 2026)
2 days online
Understand how leadership behaviour shapes culture, relationships, and performance.
Using the Life Styles Inventory (LSI), participants gain powerful insight into how they are experienced by others and the impact they create.
You will leave with:
- Greater behavioural awareness
- Deeper understanding of your leadership effectiveness
- Practical strategies for increasing influence and impact
Individual one-hour coaching sessions (From 4 December 2026)
Senior LSI accredited executive coaches work with you to understand your LSI feedback and help you to translate insights into specific, tangible measurable goals.
Module 3: Organisational Influence and Communication (3-4 February 2027)
2 days online
Develop the communication and influence capabilities required to lead meaningful change in complex organisations.
You will leave with:
- Greater confidence influencing upwards and across
- Stronger communication capability
- A practical change and influence plan
Graduation: in Melbourne (4 March 2027)
1 day in person
This is a celebration of the learnings that have occurred over the course of three months, an integration day where women work in their triads to present their story
This is always a highly emotive, engaging and thought-provoking day that showcases women’s leadership at its best
An opportunity to influence and practice – participants invite key allies, colleagues and collaborators to join the audience.

Three modules of two days each, plus coaching and graduation. Module 1 and graduation in person; Modules 2 and 3 online. First cohort Module 11 November 2026, through to graduation March 2027.
