Our Legacy

From me to we, you to us, this is our chance
to build the future we all want.

From me to we, you to us, this is our chance to build the future we all want.

Our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals

In purpose and strategy, and as part of our legacy Dattner Group is committed to the United Nations 17 Global Sustainable Development Goals as well as complying with and supporting the intent of international conventions, treaties, and protocols relevant to combatting modern slavery and the Modern Slavery Act (Cth) 2018. As the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all, these goals address the global challenges we face, including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace, and justice. All interconnected, it is important that we achieve them all by 2030 to leave no one behind and a better legacy.

At Dattner Group we take a stand on the practice of leadership, inviting all people to consider what leadership capabilities will most likely secure these goals and a future that is fair and equitable to people and planet.

We work to build enlightened, self-aware, and inclusive leadership practices, have a significant focus on wellbeing as a predictor of personal and collective resilience, and are deeply committed to elevating the visibility of women leading for the greater good.

We are clear that planet, people, and profit can work in concert and that we are stronger together, focusing on having an impact at an individual, team, divisional, organisational and community level.

We believe the shared learning journey of leaders, and their subsequent networking, with a focus on common good, creates a safe, supportive, visionary community of leaders who have the skill and will to act for many of the Global Sustainability Goals.
