I often feel I am less employee at Re:Think and more senior member of the family. Having been with the organisation over a decade, I’ve had the opportunity to see Re:Think grow and evolve. In my various roles over the years – as Executive Assistant, Program Support, Administration Support, Business Development Manager, and now as Director of Strategic Relations – I have loved being connected to the majority of the business, deeply understanding how it works and using my knowledge to support the consulting team and key clients.
As a Director Strategic Relations, I am responsible for supporting the consulting team in new client acquisition, client management and engagement, business process improvement, and sales and marketing execution. It sounds like a big role, and it is. Thankfully, the agility of the organisation coupled with the strength of our working relationships with each other, makes an otherwise-untenable role hugely efficient and effective.
