About Me

Leadership, in its many shades, has been a lifetime obsession – both in my own trial by fire, and years of subsequent exploration with countless people (men and women). I decided a long time ago that the right leaders, with the right focus and skills, focusing on the greater good and the legacy they leave, was the strongest insurance we have for enduring business and a sustainable future. I ‘get’ people, see what the opportunities are, and am courageous in supporting people to go the journey.

Most of the work I do, as part of the Re:Think team, is long-range development. I am particularly effective with the so-called ‘difficult’ people, quickly finding pathways for them to feel heard, yet able to understand the consequences of their behaviours on others.


I do a lot of cultural work (not just measurement), largely in the engagement with the results, understanding intimately how the levers for change work, and which ones are going to give the big results quickly. I also work extensively with women, at all levels, both as an executive coach and also in programs.

Our programs are not always easy, and are frequently uncomfortable, but, in the end, they change people’s lives.
