Game-changing leadership program bridges gap between men & women
Over the past 3 years, Dattner Group partnered with the water sector to design and deliver a multi-faceted, experiential program – ‘The Insight – Executive Leadership for Women in Water Program’ – which brought together and supported an intellectually rich group of women ready to take the next step into more senior leadership roles.
An out-of-scope program, ‘Bridging the Gap’, was also developed in parallel to ‘The Insight Program’ to ensure both men and women became catalysts for, and part of the systemic change needed to create a diverse, inclusive, and agile sector.

This game-changing project has become a signature example of the founding principles of leading for the greater good and the importance of collaboration, inclusion, legacy, and trust.
